Welcome

Hello, first of all, thank you very much for choosing my theory book. The most comprehensive theory book you can find in the Netherlands. And… it’s free too 🙂
My name is Ferry and I’m your theory instructor. I will help you pass the theory exam at CBR. First, by offering a very comprehensive theory book. In this theory book, you’ll find everything you need to know to pass the theory exam in one attempt. This theory book is constantly updated. New rules at CBR? New traffic laws? You’ll find them immediately in the theory book.

I’ve been teaching theory lessons since 1988. Over 37 years!
In 1988, I started my driving school in Amsterdam. I gave theory lessons once a week in my theory classroom. That was normal for a driving school at the time.

In 1995, I was the first in the Netherlands to start the so-called “day course.” Because the CBR only had just over 300 questions at the time, it was very easy to have everyone pass. Those 300 questions were extensive, of course. Nowadays, the CBR has over 10,000 questions.

Nowadays, during a classroom-based day course, you’ll see somewhere between 200 and 300 questions. And they’re all without explanation. Just answers. Did you know that the CBR can ask the same question in more than 10 different ways? You can’t pass just by taking a classroom-based day course without studying! That’s why so many people fail after taking multiple day courses.

In summary, If you want to pass your theory exam, you’ll have to study. Learning doesn’t mean you have to start taking practice exams. Learning means you have to understand everything. We have the best methods for you. First, you can begin by studying this free theory book. I know many people hate reading. That’s why we’ve been offering a video course since 2016. Over the years, this video course has grown into a 40-hour video course that explains everything you need to know to pass the CBR (Central Office for Motor Vehicle Driver Testing). Curious what our video course looks like? Watch examples of our video course on YouTube by clicking this link.

From experience, I know that many people are nervous about their theory exam. Afraid, even scared 🙂
If you’ve studied well, there’s no need for that. To feel more confident about going to the CBR, I recommend booking your theory exam with extra time. The CBR is so stingy that they charge extra for this, but it is better to give the CBR extra money once than to have to book a theory exam again every time.
