Cycle/moped path

If there is no cycle/moped path, mopeds must use the roadway. The speed limit for mopeds on the carriageway is 45 kilometers per hour. Mopeds are directed to a moped path by a white sign with a red image of a moped.

A cycle/moped path is separated from the carriageway.
Cyclists, snorfietsen, and mopeds must use the mandatory cycle/moped path.
Pedestrians may walk on the mandatory cycle/moped path if there is no sidewalk or footpath.
Drivers of vehicles for disabled persons may use a mandatory cycle/moped path.
Horseriders are not allowed to use a mandatory cycle/moped path.
You may encounter a cycle/moped path both inside and outside built-up areas.
