Passenger car

Not only a small Fiat 500, for example, but also a limousine belong to the category of passenger cars.
Article 1 of the Road Traffic Act (RVV).
Passenger car: a passenger car as defined in Article 1.1 of the Vehicle Regulations.
Article 1.1 of the Vehicle Regulations:
Passenger car: a vehicle with four or more wheels, other than a limited-speed motor vehicle or a disabled vehicle, designed for the transport of passengers, with no more than eight seats, not including the driver’s seat; in any case, a passenger car is considered a vehicle in vehicle category M with vehicle classification M1 and a vehicle that is a passenger car according to the vehicle registration register.
