Priority controlled junctions

In the image above, the driver of the white car must yield to the cyclist. This is because the car driver is approaching a priority road and must yield to drivers on the intersecting road.
However, the car driver is not required to yield to the pedestrian. While there may be a STOP sign, a pedestrian is still not a driver.
