Priority uncontrolled junctions

A junction where signs do not regulate right-of-way is considered a priority uncontrolled junction. Here, you must yield to drivers approaching from the right and to trams approaching from the left or right.
Approach such a junction carefully, and if you must yield, do so in a way that makes it clear to the other person that you intend to yield.
In the image above, the car and cyclist are approaching from the right in front of the motorcycle. Regardless of which direction the car and cyclist are travelling, the motorcycle driver must yield to the car and cyclist.
