Parking – 5 meters from a junction

You are absolutely not allowed to stand still at a junction. Parking is prohibited within five meters of a junction. Parking within five meters of a junction significantly complicates the junction and therefore increases its danger. Please note that vehicles parked in hazardous locations may be towed away.
You are permitted to stand still within 5 meters of a junction to let passengers board or disembark immediately and to load or unload goods immediately. This is without causing any danger or obstruction, of course.

You are allowed to load and unload, or let someone get on or off, within five meters of a junction. However, be cautious: you are also not permitted to stand still if doing so could cause a danger or nuisance.
