Parking – Double parking

Double parking is prohibited. Double parking refers to parking in the carriageway next to another vehicle that is already parked.
As you can imagine, double parking causes significant disruption and is therefore prohibited. Add to this the fact that the vehicles you are parked next to cannot move away.
It is permitted to stand still next to another vehicle to let a passenger in or out, or to load or unload. If you do this, please be careful not to cause too much disruption.
