Standing still – Bus stop

You are not allowed to stand still at bus stops.
- If a block marking indicates the bus stop, you may not stand still at this marking.
- If there is no block marking, you may not stand still 12 meters before and 12 meters after the bus stop sign.
However, you are allowed to let someone get in or out of the car, provided you do not obstruct the bus in the process. You should not think that if you are allowed to let someone in or out, it is also allowed to load and unload goods. However, loading and unloading is not permitted. The only thing allowed at a bus stop is to let passengers get on or off immediately.
Stopping briefly at a bus stop to check the time of a bus’s arrival or departure is also not allowed. Neither is asking for directions or any other reason, just stopping to let passengers get on or off immediately. Nothing else!
