Two-colour traffic lights

When three-colour traffic lights aren’t necessary, two-colour traffic lights are available. These traffic lights mean:

• Red = stop
• Yellow = stop. You may only continue if you are so close to the traffic light that you can no longer stop normally.

These traffic lights can be found at level crossings, bridges, pedestrian crossings, and fire station, police, or ambulance exits.
